He graduated from the Illinois College of Optometry, and has lived in mid-Michigan his whole life where he's helped countless people see the world around them as vividly as possible.

She's been working with Dr. Ruggles for years, and knows the optical business like the back of her hand. Inez is extremely dedicated to helping anyone whenever she can, and makes everyone feel welcome immediately upon meeting her.

Donna was an employee of the original Vision Quest store in 1990, and has been assisting patients in Midland ever since. With her vast knowledge of fitting techniques and a keen fashion sense, she'll make sure you walk away looking your best and feeling confident.

Gabriel Ruggles

Gabe can be found in the office helping people look better and see their best. A board-certified optician, he is good at problem-solving. He is very proficient in retinal imaging and another visual testing. In addition to all these skills, he has designed his own line of frames. Come check them out.

Cindy has been a staple of Bay City optical care for nearly twenty years. A genuine people person, when she's not helping patients find the perfect look to match their personality, she's treating customers as if they were the oldest of friends, in the office and outside work.

Jessi knows how to keep patients in high spirits while preparing them for an exam. When she's not busy keeping our insurance records in order, she'll use her vast fashion knowledge to make sure every patient looks their best when choosing a new look.
